Ordering Parts as follows:
When Ordering parts :
ALL Of our Part Numbers on our Web Site or in Catalog are REFERENCE only,, This does not mean that it could actually be a Correct # since Ford supercedes numbers. Example if you order a part that is say for a 1969 with a C9TZ number and comes in with a D9TZ or F2TZ on the box or Mfg.#'s DOES NOT Mean it's the wrong part since Ford changes numbers on a daily basis or upgrades the number. We are not responsible or liable for this and will NOT pay for shipping back to us. Also when stated < Original Ford > means part comes from Ford and either made by Ford or Ford MFG. Vendor,, If you have not read this disclosure on Part #s then you have not read are entire Web Site
First Thing is DO NOT HAVE YOUR WIFE OR SOMEBODY ELSE ORDERING PARTS, When your in the backround talking, so rude,
Second thing is we ship what is told to us, If you don't know front to back or lh or rh then don't blame us, That is whe we ask so many ?'s when ordering, Call back and talk like you have some brains, show some respect. Not just call back and start in on using the 4 letter words on us cause we will not put up with. We try to be fair to all on these issue's but it just seems to be getting worse with customers that have no respect to us or the way we go out to help somebody
Second Thing is this is For The Men, Show some respect to Kathy, she pulls a lot of parts, sells a lot at the swap meets and knows more about Ford Trucks than most know but lately have had a run of rude men that treat her like a dog. She asks the same ?'s I would ask as well, if she does make a mistake then I ? and will follow up on your order

Shipping as follows:
We cannot tell what shipping due to thew fact that Ups/Fed-ex does not go by the weight of the boxes anymore. They have a system that measures the size of the boxes by a lazer light. What this means is that a box that will measure so many inches might dim out to 15 lbs, But only weighs 3 lbs so you will be charged for 15 lbs. A good example is Radiator Core Support weighs 35 lbs BUT Ups/Fed-ex will be billed for 100lbs. This is why WE DO NOT QUOTE SHIPPING ! And Cannot quote shipping since a lot of our parts ARE NOT IN STANDARD BOXES. So Do Not Ask what shipping is since we do not have a idea in most cases.
Ups has so many different charges from fuel surcharge, to out of the way surcharges, rural surcharges, insurance etc., ALSO NOW all orders will have signature required now due to other customers and that is also a extra charge by UPS, It's not only for our protection but as yours so your parts are not stolen, then show up on E-Bay !!
This is why we go to Ups.com and get the published rate on ALL Orders
This is why on 95% of orders we have now 2 invoices, one for the parts and one for the shipping since... In the past we have had customers order parts, box them only to find out credit card was no good and then never hear from them again so what a waste of time and time we do not have since we pull our own parts and that can be time consuming
On all Orders as of Jan. 2018 a Credit Card Process Service Fee will be added to ALL Credit Card Charges due to Credit Card Processing Companies are increasing their fees so you the customer gets cash back taken away from us the Merchant. Also ALL Credit Cards taken at Shows will have this fee as well as all sales Tax from that state will be added
Handling Charges we do mostly to size of the box since some boxes we have to buy or get from other companies that we have to go pickup which takes time too, we are fair when it comes to this. On some small orders we will ship by US Mail but do charge a small fee on that since the post office is not next door and 30 mile round trip on that, On US Postal Service we try not to ship since the Post office takes several weeks on tracking and lost parts and all the time, you the customer are complaing whats taking so long and thats why we try not to ship much by US Postal Service
This is for parts being delivered @ shows, We charge for big items such as Cabs/Roofs/ Beds/Motors/Seats. These charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, so if you find something at the swapmeet before getting to us and come up with some excuse not wanting it , YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY TO THE SWAP MEET, NO EXCEPTIONS

Picture Taking
Here seems that is another subject that seems to be a problem.
Here @ Flashback F-100's all we have is a plain simple phone, DOES NOT TAKE PICTURES,, So that means I have to take my camera out take pictures, then load into computer then send that take 30-45 minutes that I don't have so thats 1 reason, another reason photo collectors that I have seen our pictures on somebody elses site or place that went to the person for there his or her personal reasons and the final reason so many over the years people wanted pictures and never said or replied back to us thanking us saying your crazy or go someplace, just so many rude people when it comes to this picture taking request's so because of these idiots that are rude, everbody looses
We sell Ford Truck Parts, WE ARE Not in the Photo Business, we get so many that want pics and if I did every one we will not had time to pull parts and hear the exuse I have to drive hours, WELL We have to drive weeks at a time to get these parts so think about what we go through and just not about you.
Buying sheetmetal, When buying sheet metal either at a show or here at our yard, when you look at it and buy it IT'S Yours. If your at a show and buy it and then walk around and find it cheaper WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR PRICE MATCH IT. We bring it to the show to save you shipping ++ so that you can see it in person as well so you know what your getting. Don't go home and then try to bring it back next day < NO REFUNDS... > Now as far as buying sheet metal here, say If I cut a roof/part of a cab etc. Once I cut it IT'S YOURS NO REFUNDS.. since you looked at it touched it etc. so do not go home and then change your mind or see something wrong with the part you did not see the day before Cause IT'S YOURS END OF STORY<< NO REFUNDS>> or find it another day cheaper STILL IT'S YOURS << NO REFUNDS > Bottom line NO REFUNDS On used sheet metal !!!!!!!!!
